The Scottish Waste Awareness Group (SWAG) is looking for details of community projects that are working to deliver zero waste schemes. SWAG delivers the Scottish Government's national 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' campaign and targeted campaigns on food waste, home composting, packaging, real nappies and unwanted mail. It has recently appointed a campaigns officer dedicated to work with the community sector, and next year will be launching a new membership-based website enabling community groups to access information and resources to support local zero waste campaigns. If your project is planning to run waste-related campaigns please contact Jon Molyneux on jon.molyneux@ksbscotland.org.uk or 01786 468 797.
